Making Ice pops :D
We have been sick for about the last week and a half , lots of sore throats . Mama was buying Popsicle to help sooth the soreness, but pre-made aren't as healthy , and a bit $ for good ones . So mama bought molds for ice pops and we've been making are own. They are SO GOOD!!! I made some yogurt swirl pops yesterday (mind you the sore throats have gotten better) with yogurt and fruit juice hodgedly (is that a word??) mixed together they taste great. So maybe give a whirl and see what ya think!

What you need:
Molds for Ice pops
Any kind will work (I think) these are just the ones we bought.
Fruit juice, lemonade, yogurt what ever you want to be you Popsicle!
Pour and mix (if doing yogurt and juice, or juice and apple sauce (really yummy!!)) into molds and freeze, I think it takes about 4 hours for just juice and over night for yogurt and juice (I'm not sure why this is but it takes longer.)
Enjoy!
p.s. Try to avoid tooth and brain freezes.... they really hurt! lol
